Bellydancing (Int.)
Bellydance is an ancient art form that is both a celebration of the female spirit and a physical display of the strength and beauty of a woman's body. Its roots can be traced back to rituals of past matriarchal cultures. These beautiful movements evolved with strong links to womanhood, sensuality and even fertility. Bellydancing is also one of the safest, simplest, and most effective ways to achieve lasting fitness. Students should wear pantaloons or a skirt (a black skirt is recommended) and bring a hip scarf or belt (no coin belts, please). This class is suitable for continuing students.
