Gentle Yoga
Gentle Yoga is a class designed for people who want a slower pace and the extra support of props for added stability and balance. It is suitable for all levels as well as those with specific conditions or injuries. Each person will be accommodated where they are. No prior experience is required. Basic yoga postures and breathing techniques will be introduced in a stress-free, non-competitive, and supportive environment.
Note: there are a few studio events coming up that will interfere with the schedule, and I want to be sure to advertise them now so you know to place it on your calendar. Gentle Yoga won't meet on these dates:
