Self Defense Essentials
We are not currently offering this series. Simple, effective self defense techniques can save your wallet, your kids, and your life. Learn to recognize and avoid dangerous situations, and how to mentally prepare yourself to respond to an attack. This series of classes is geared toward people with no previous experience in martial arts.
Each week, we will delve into both the theory and the practice of self defense. We'll discuss the mindset of attackers, the times and places that attacks happen, and the mental preparation that makes self defense an automatic response. We'll learn and practice basic offensive and defensive techniques that can be used effectively with a minimum of training and experience.
