Yoga Fundamentals 6/3-7/8


Great for beginners and experienced practitioners alike, students can expect a dynamic warm-up, an exploration of strength through range of motion specific to the fundamental posture focused on each week, and a breakdown to build the posture from the ground up.

Learn how to connect more deeply to your body and shift how you experience the world so your experience of your body and the world changes!
