Have holiday slumps, football season couch-surfing, and thinning hair made you realize you’re not getting any younger? Do you want to get stronger, leaner, more flexible, AND improve your sex life?

This is an intro-level series of classes designed for men. Each week, we will explore the practice of yoga as it applies to daily living. Through alignment principles, we will build a framework to provide a basis for continued personal practice and health.
