Yoga Foundations--a 4 week series to introduce beginners to yoga.
Want to have less pain, more energy, & sleep better? Learn the basics of yoga practice!
This is a class for new beginners and anyone interested in creating a solid foundation for their yoga practice. Basic yoga postures, proper alignment principles, basic pranayama or breathing techniques & meditation will be introduced. We will also explore why we learn & continue to practice yoga.
Every body can begin yoga with a simple desire to show up on the mat.
Meets January 8, 15, 22, & 29 from 2-3:30 pm
